The service
Pandisha provides homeschool planning, record-keeping, and related AI-generated content. AI output is assistance, not professional advice: compliance information is a general orientation, and you are responsible for verifying your state's current legal requirements with official sources.
Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for the accuracy of the records you keep. You must be 18 or older to create an account. Household members you invite gain full access to your family's records.
Your content
You own everything you put into Pandisha. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storing, displaying, and processing your content to provide features you use).
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no reselling, no use that violates law. Free-tier AI generations are subject to monthly limits.
Availability and changes
Pandisha is provided as-is while in early access. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service, we will give you a reasonable window to export your data.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandisha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
