Working with a coach or charter

If you homeschool through a charter, you likely have a learning coach or HST who reviews your student's work. Coordinating that can feel like an extra job. Connect them once in Pandisha, and the sharing simply takes care of itself.

Connecting, with privacy first

In Settings under School Submissions, enter your coach's email. Pandisha emails them a link to confirm it is really them, and until they accept, they see nothing at all. Their access begins only when both of you have said yes.

What your coach sees

Once verified, your coach gets a consolidated, read-only view of the work you already choose to share. They can post announcements to your dashboard and exchange messages with you. If you have connected Google Drive, your school folder is shared with them too.

Your coach never sees anything new. They simply get an organized view of what you already share, which keeps everyone on the same page with far less back-and-forth.

Pairs with Autopilot

This works hand in hand with Work Sample Autopilot. Capture a photo once, and it can flow to your coach's folder without a second step.
