Pods: teaching alongside other families

Homeschooling can feel lonely, and most online groups turn into noise. A pod is different. It is a small, invite-only group of families built around a shelf of genuinely reusable work, not a scrolling chat feed.

A shelf, not a feed

Instead of posts that vanish, a pod holds things you can actually use: lesson plans, activities, resources, field trips, and tips. Every shared item has a Use this button that copies it straight into your own resources, plus a helpful-vote so the best material rises.

Room to coordinate

There is a discussion space and per-item comments, so you can plan a shared field trip or compare notes on an activity. It feels like a co-teaching tribe, warm and practical, rather than a Facebook group.

Joining

You join a pod with an 8-character invite code, and only members can see a pod's contents. What you share stays inside your circle.

If you are bringing a co-parent along too, see Household for adding people to your own family record.
