If you homeschool through a charter, the approved-vendor list is where the stipend can actually be spent — and it's usually a long, unsearchable PDF. Pandisha turns it into a directory you can search in seconds.

Open Approved Vendors from the sidebar and upload your charter's list as a PDF or a spreadsheet (CSV). Pandisha reads it — even a long PDF — into a clean, searchable directory of providers, with their category and location where the list includes them.

Search by what you're looking for — "art", "gym", "music", "tutoring" — and see the matching providers at a glance. It's the quick way to answer "what can we actually use the stipend on?" without scrolling a forty-page document.

Good to know

Your vendor list is private to your family, and you can re-upload a fresh list any time your charter updates it. Vendors also show up in global Search, so they surface right alongside everything else. Pair this with working with your coach to keep the whole charter side simple.
